In this episode, we examine the characteristics of a healthy workplace and how an unhealthy workplace can become healthy. Mr. Heath Adams provided some great insights into how leaders can overcome the fear of having difficult conversations and set the right example as it relates to the behaviours that they would like to see the members of their staff exhibit.

Mrs. Heath Adams also provided insight into the signs of employee burnout and the manner in which this can be remedied.
